Phoenix-SBS
Overview of the task
This project involved updating and refreshing the existing website for Phoenix SBS IT Security, based in South East England. The primary goal of the redesign was to increase the company’s online visibility, helping more people learn about the business and its services. Additionally, the new site was designed to provide functionality for creating and editing stories, allowing the company to share updates and engage with its audience more effectively.
Phoenix SBS is a custom-designed website crafted in Figma and built using bespoke HTML, CSS, and Angular. Designed for an IT support company, the site features a fully integrated CMS,allowing administrators to easily edit text, add blog posts.
Outcome:
The Site had 120% increase orgainic traffic after re-desgin and 35% increase in multiple page vists in addtion the client was very happy with the outcome and the customise ability of the CMS.

The Process
Phoenix-SBS Client-Side User Flow
The Phoenix-SBS website features a streamlined, single-page layout designed for ease of navigation. The primary interactions focus on quickly accessing information, with the main complexities centered around the contact form and customer support options. This flow represents only the client-facing experience, ensuring users can easily connect with the business, while internal operational processes are managed separately by the business team.
Wireframe develoupment
Pheonix-sbs was a project revamp of exsting cyber security website based in the south east of england, this project entailed desgining the website through Figma and converting the desgig to Html and CSS included in this project was using Adobe creative tools to create icons and Inforgaphics as well as creating a fully Working CMS for the client to update with news and stories as well as reviews from thier preivous clients.

Constructing the CMS
The Phoenix SBS website includes a fully custom-built Content Management System (CMS), designed to give administrators complete control over their content. This bespoke CMS allows easy editing of text across the site, the ability to add and manage blog posts, and the option to feature client reviews and news updates. Built with flexibility in mind, it ensures Phoenix SBS can keep their website up to date without requiring any technical knowledge, providing a simple yet powerful way to manage and customize their digital presence.
The project focused on creating a seamless user experience with a clean, professional aesthetic while ensuring flexibility for content updates. By leveraging Angular, the website delivers a dynamic and responsive interface, offering a smooth and efficient browsing experience for clients seeking reliable IT support services.
